This first video is an introduction where I outline the format of the series and ideas for how it can be used. I also discuss some research regarding why it is so important that we take the time to uncover and deal with our own thoughts and feelings instead of distracting ourselves from them. Taking steps toward that goal is the overarching purpose of this series.
